Tournaments | Blackburn Badminton

For our junior club, we hold a friendly bracket-style tournament near the end of the season. Further details of the tournament will be discussed closer to end of the season.

Several of our juniors participated in the Badminton Haven Academy 2024 ODBA Junior Ranking Tournament held at St. Joseph High School on November 17.

Congrats to those who won medals in boys' doubles, girls' doubles and girls' singles.

CBL Junior Tournament, January 25, 2025 Registration opens online January 3
- hosted by Le Club de badminton de L'Escale (CBL), Clarence-Rockland

We are hoping for a big turn-out for this tournament!

During the Family Day weekend in February 2024, 26 members of of our junior club traveled to Rockland to take part in the CBL junior tournament, hosted by Le Club de badminton de L'Escale.

Our players looked sharp in their red club shirts, and the group had a lot of fun. Our girls won bronze and silver medals in the Girls' U13 division. Here are a few photos from the event:

Two members of our adult club played in the first ROS Ottawa Badminton Club Championship, hosted by the Royal Ottawa Sports Club.
